East West Pain Institute's Online Review Report Card

I have been with this clinic for four months now and in that three months have not had med's called in three times. I go on Thursday so I have to wait until Monday for them to send my meds. I have been placed on the lowest amount of pain med's possible and gabapentin keeps getting increased. The gabapentin does nothing for me and two narco 5/325 a day don't help. I used to use marijuana daily and have had to give it up or get nothing yet my pain has not been addressed.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chakaborty's since he opened his office in Lake Orion, MI. He and his staff have always been extremely and professional. I would recommend him to anyone with back issues. They are the best!!

Run away from this place, the doctor dismissed all my concerns and I ended up needing a surgery he said was caused by a pinched nerve. The only good thing about this place is a staff member and I believe her name is Kelly. Just run Edit to add: l didn't realize I was on my girlfriend's phone when I wrote the review sorry. Since I'm here again I'll give some more details. I started seeing him towards the end of 2016, why I stayed this long is beyond me. When I started coming here Lynn wasn't working here, I can't remember the other lady's name but she was amazing. There was also the lady that would collect the samples of urine, long dark hair,she was pretty cool as well. She didn't come back after the pandemic, sad he didn't bring her back. Now I have sat there and the walls are so thin you can hear everyone else's business, I can't even tell you how many people use the I dropped my pills in the toilet or someone stole them to try to get more. I can say he is absolutely don't play that as it should be. (Yes the walls are that thin lol) He hadn't run a single test on me in over 3 maybe 4 years after I said I don't think its a pinched nerve, and it wasn't a pinched nerve. My pain was so bad I could barely sleep at night, and it sucked. I didn't mind waiting if he was overbooked because he wasn't a bad doc until the pandemic and he's only there 2 days a week. My problem was I was in pain and instead of trying to get to the bottom of it I was dismissed and sent on my way.

I have been a patient of Dr Chakraborty for over 2 years and I will say he is very kind, caring, with genuine concern about how I'm feeling and my pain. I love the staff at this office. Lynn and Kelly are terrific and so helpful, they all make a great caring team!!!!!! I highly recommend Doctor Chakraborty!!!!!

These nice people do a great job at taking care of your pain. They are caring, kind hearted, knowledgeable staff and doctor , all willing to help you. Would highly recommend them to all. They have been taking care of myself , family and friends for years. I have been in the medical profession for over 40yrs and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Chakrabortty listened when others dismissed my concerns. It took 10 years for me to get diagnosed with endometriosis, and then I still had a fight to be validated for the ongoing issues I had. Dr. Chakrabortty treated me with compassion and understanding from the get go, and gave options for managing my symptoms. His staff was also very kind and helpful with everything, including insurance coverage issues! I would strongly recommend his expertise to anyone looking!

Easy West Pain Institute is the most incredible Dr's office! The staff is absolutely amazing and always prepared. Dr. Chakraborty is awesome! His knowledge is beyond all and he does everything he can to help you feel better. His bed side manner is incredible. He answers every question you may have, takes time with you, has patience for if you need it or just don't understand something. He is super friendly and always makes you feel important. He is one of a kind! He has a fantastic nursing and staff team. Kelly is wonderful, friendly and is always willing to help with whatever you need including holding your hand during a procedure because of your fear of needles. Lynn is always welcoming you with a smile. They are all the absolute best! I have had nothing but wonderful care and treatment at East West Pain Institute! I highly recommend you visit if you are in need of these services! This office is fantastic!!!

Dr. Chakraborty has totally changed my life. Before coming here I could barely function at home or at work. Him and his staff are so kind and understanding. I am forever grateful to them

Does not listen to the patients needs. Just all about being the hero and reducing your pain meds to look good to the state. He also overcharges and refuses to use telemedicine to save you time and money . Unless you’re willing to let him stick needles in you every visit he refuses to help you . His practice is all about the money! Go find another doctor that cares if they are helping you and not hurting you . I’ve never seen a less caring doctor or human being for that matter .

The doctor is ok but watch your bills very closely. Receptionist did not bother to post payments made so next thing you know I have to do her job and send all receipts for 7 months to billing agency to reflect payments that were made. A lot of buck passing going on with this group.
