Dr. Prohow was attentive when I was a new patient. After several years, her attitude changed. She appeared bored and indifferent during my visits. She was never available to speak to me when I called her office with a health concern. Always pawned me off on her assistant or the receptionist. She doesn't call when my lab results are in, forcing me to track them down with her office staff. She seems more interested in family medicine, especially children. If I knew that in the beginning, I would have found another doctor. The only high marks I would give would go to the staff for keeping appointment wait time to a minimum. Would never recommend Dr. Prohow to anyone.

Must book annual physical a year in advance to get in. If I need an appointment to address an immediate issue, I've never been able to see Dr. Prohow for a same day appointment. I am always scheduled with a PA.

Dr. Prohow is amazing-- I have always had a handful of health battles that she has helped keep under control. This past year has been especially complicated and she has gone above and beyond to provide comprehensive care and work with all of the specialists handling my tricky and sometimes dangerous medical situations. She consistently advocates for the best care for me. Her high level of expertise and warm personality has helped me feel at ease when I'm struggling the most. I can't speak highly enough of her and all of the nursing and medical assistant staff in her office.

Excellent with babies, kids and adults. I am so happy we found her. This office is busy, but they can usually get you in if you call in the morning. Their after hours line is vey prompt and helpful.

She is great. The staff follow up is lacking. Second day waiting for an Rx to be phoned in and haven't received the call I was promised if it wasn not avalable yesterday. However that is the staff not her. Highly recommended!

Dr. Prohow is a caring and highly skilled doctor. She goes above and beyond in finding a diagnosis and explaining everything to me. Caring for others is who she is and you can't learn that in medical school.

Dr Prohow allows the necessary time to diagnose and provides follow up when needed. You will find her interested in your wellness situations. I have been doctoring with her for almost 3 years now. She is more than just a doctor, she is a friend.
