Amit Ghose Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Ghose is a horrible doctor. He doesn’t call In prescribed medication as promised, he doesn’t make house calls as promised, and he thinks an iron pill will solve all my health issues. I have ulcerative colitis and inflammation in my liver, spleen, and lymph node’s and he said take iron and it will all go away. I’ve been taking iron. My several specialists are appalled that doctor Ghose hadn’t called in any medication for the ulcerative colitis. Dr. Ghose had a NP call me more than a month after my visit to ask about my severe back pain. Why so long, If he cared about me as his patient? The office manager sided with him and told me to find another doctor outside of there office. CHILDISH!!!!!! Now Dr.Emit Ghose is throwing a temper tantrum because I don’t want to see him and told the manager, who happens to be his daughter, that he didn’t want to see me anymore. I recommend not seeing him if you care about your health

Dr Ghose was attending physician in hospital treating my father before he passed. His compassion coupled w his passion was present then as well as continuing as my physician. He is knowledgeable caring and makes himself available to his patients. Practically unheard of these days.

Really like Dr. Ghose, making appts is quite hard.. Staff at the desk are sometimes neglectful. Trying to reach anyone on the phone is almost impossible...

He's a no nonsense dr when it comes to you and your health. Bedside manner is great! He's friendly, funny and most of all listens to you and spends the time needed to get the best diagnosis. Works with almost any insurance. I've gone to Capital Internal Medicine my whole life.

I have worked with many physicians for over 40 yrs. Dr.Ghose is caring and compassionate. He listens, let's u have input into your care. As. Patient u don't feel like a number. He also seems to be accessible when u need him. He has been very good to my family.

He is simply the best doctor I have ever had. He will do what ever needs to be done within his power to help. I think he really does care about what his patients are going through. Very smart man.

Dr. Ghose is the best primary care physician I have ever had. He is kind, caring, patient, a good listener, and can be very funny, too. He received top-notch training in the UK and although he speaks with an Indian accent, once you get used to the lilt of it communication is no problem. He is very msart and knowledgeable, but is very willing to send you out to a specialist, too, so you don't waste your time suffering through something that a specialist could figure out sooner. He is really a wonderful doctor and I always look forward to going to see him.
