I've had trouble with my ribs for 14 years. Some of the ribs would come out of place. Not super painful but enough to be very irritating and getting progressively worse. I saw Dr Jake at Athletico in Lansing for the first time 3 weeks ago. My pain level today is now zero after being maybe 4 or 5 at it's worst. He and Abby taught me a series of exercises to strengthen the muscles around my ribs. I will continue to do these exercises religiously. This experience has truly been life changing for me. Thank you team Athletico!

I can’t say enough about my experience at Athletico. The entire team is committed, caring and they create a safe and supportive atmosphere. They will go above and beyond for you! Dr. Jake is extremely knowledgeable and truly provides an outstanding level of care. He is genuine, caring and compassionate! I will forever be grateful to Dr. Jake and his team!

Absolute wonderful experience I have a really bad shoulder and extensive nerve damage this place of really helped me tremendously 110% you have not met one person on the staff team that was rude disrespectful I'm willing to help work with you or just in a bad mood I recommend this place for anyone that needs hope and encouragement keep up the good work...

My experience at Athletico has been one of the most positive healthcare experiences I've ever had. The entire team is focused on creating a community and providing an outstanding level of care and compassion. This, combined with their commitment to COVID prevention protocols throughout the pandemic, has made me feel safe and supported throughout my time in the clinic. Dr. Jake is knowledgeable and does a great job of maintaining a balance of challenge and support for his patients which has helped me to make great progress with my torn rotator cuff. His team is incredible at providing support across the board in terms of scheduling flexibility, and in clinic support with exercises.

I was able to have an amazing recovery after one of the worst injuries of my life. After hurting myself I could not move my body without pain nor stand straight. Dr. Jake is a invaluable. He knew how to help me manage pain on the first session and provided me with consistent direction. Best of all he gave me hope to get through it and recover! The level of care is beyond top notch. A huge thank you to the entire staff! If you have pain, you will not regret your decision to go and meet them!
