He was over 20min late and did not address any of the concerns I came in with. I had three specific things I wanted to talk to him about and he just glossed over all three without giving much of an answer. As a first time patient I was very disappointed and will not be back.

I have been seeing Dr, Wu for 10 years. He is a very good diagnostician. I had been taking steroid asthma meds for 5 years for a variant Asthmatic cough prescribed by an allergy specialist and was still coughing. He said that didn’t sound right. He sent me to a pulmonologist who found lung disease. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had side effects he researched each of the meds I was taking and treated me for the side effects. You never have to wait long for your appointments. Within minutes of your appointment time you are seen. When you call his office a real person answers the phone. He or his office has called me when I have a bad test result. If you sign up he will respond to your questions by email.

Dr. Bo Wu has been my internist for over 10 years and I’ve found him to be VERY astute and thorough. I have been referred to specialists for different issues and at least twice they have asked me why/how I came to be referred. Both times were triggered by Dr. Wu’s review of my lab results and other related tests where he caught anomalies that would have more typically overlooked. I have also found their office staff to be very efficient and our experience has been that they do what they say they’re going to do and follow up well.

puts you with a totally incompetent NP. Loses blood work. Office manager is a rude person who can't seem to find her way around the office. irreparable medical harm due to their incompetence. Bo Wu allows an inept NP to work in his office

What an efficient and pleasant office! My labs are reported and Dr Wu emails through the Sparrow portal his comments within 2-3 days. Ive worked in health care 47 years, I know when Im getting good care. Dr Wu is a very efficient and excellent doctor. He’s not chatty but you get a caring and smart doctor: thats why I give him 5 stars.
