Love them

Sent my 88 year old mother here because I had been told she needed to have her ear wax cleaned out - not rocket science. They charged $519, $306 of which was for the office visit, and an additional $213 for cleaning out the ear wax in one ear - which is something a nurse can easily do in a few minutes. Really? No shame in the billing department here.

Dr Dave has treated me for my allergies for two years and I could not be happier He is extremely competent and caring and does not do unnecessary tests His staff is very polite and always friendly and helpful

He refused to test my child for allergies, after we were referred to him for allergy testing. We waited weeks for the appt. He looked me in the eye and said he would not do any allergy testing. Then he billed me. A total and complete a**hole.

I'd like to start off by saying that I am in no way qualified to give an evaluation of a doctor. I'm just going to share my experience.I had an accident. My face was injured. Everything I have I owe to this face. I went to an urgent care center where they patched up the visible damage and took x-rays. Then they called and asked me to get a CT scan. When the CT scan results came back, they called me very concerned and insisted that I see an ENT immediately. They even made the appointment.When I arrived, the doctor reviewed the CT scan. I had it on a CD. He explained that he could see why they were concerned but assured me that the injuries were severe but did not pose a threat. He showed me the CT scan on the computer. I didn't know what the heck I was looking at, but he explained it. He said that the interior damage to my face would heal over time. There was one issue of the numbness. He said that he could do a surgery but it was not guaranteed that it would health the nerve, depending on the extent of the damage.So we scheduled surgery. It was across the street in the hospital. He came in while I was being prepped. Then after the surgery he explained how it went to Precious. Then I had a follow up visit followed by another follow up visit a month later. It's been about a year now. Most of the numbness is gone. There is only a very small portion of my face that is numb. I'm just as handsome as I was before which truth be told is a very low bar. Throughout the process the doctor explained the injuries, he showed me the CT scan, during the follow ups he was a good communicator always open to questions and always explaining the process.I had the impression that this doctor is very competent and caring. I also appreciate very much how he explained everything and was always willing to answer questions.

I found Dr. Gupta and his staff quite rude.

Dr Dave has been taking are of my allergies for last one year .I find him extremely caring and competent. Under his care my allergies have improved tremendously and i can enjoy life once again.His staff is very caring also.

Recently had septoplasty and terbinoplasty done. I have been struggling with breathing issues my entire life. Some of my earliest memories are of not being able to breathe through my nose. Still, with all that said, I was a bit apprehensive about going through with the surgery. I had seen horror stories online and the videos on youtube were even worse.I was assured by Dr. Gupta that the surgery would make my life far better. He was absolutely right!Dr. Gupta has been right on everything he said would happen during the surgery and recovery. I am heading into week three post op and can say that I have never breathed better.Big shout out to ladies at the front desk. Especially Marsela who took the time to answer all of my questions and keep me in touch with Dr. Gupta in the stages up to the surgery.Compassionate, caring, and professional are just a few of the words I would use when describing Dr. Gupta and his office staff. Do not come to this GUY, because a he is not a doctor! Run as fast as you can away from this practice! He's Bipolar and most likely in the beginning stages of Alzheimer's. One day he'll be optimistic and literally say I can definitely help you while placing his hand on your shoulder for what looks like sympathy and the next day he'll say why are you coming here? There's nothing I can do for you. In a very douche and rude tone of voice. He'll deny having conversations about of what was said during the first visit on your second visit. He's unprofessional, rude and a total douche. Retirement is way past due for this GUY!

Dr. Gupta saw me immediately as a new patient after a medical emergency. After 18 months as his patient, I continue to be impressed by his listening skills, analytical skills and caring and competent attention and problem solving skills.
