NO ETHICS/PERSONAL/PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY/STAFF & DRS. BEWARE—15+ YEARS! Dr. E. Wheeler & all 3 owning Drs 15+ yrs of care, dismissed me as patient b/c Dr's. receptionist/20 yrs, lied when I explained steps I was ordered to follow by Dr. to protect me from CV-19 exposure as MI Law required me to personally pick up script at Dr's. office.Receptionist was upset to deviate normal protocol, thus retaliated & lied. I gave No disrespect on my part. Dr. Wheeler dropped me & never investigated or fired her Reception for lying. No valid reason.This same incident happened twice—again at time of next refill.Unfortunately I hadn't reported 1st incident at the time.Another CIMA patient was a witness.I have no choice but to lose my Dr. I'm 65 y/o & Drs'. policy is, if patient is dismissed, no Dr. in practice will take you--guilty or not. I know they didn't investigate b/c I was asked to investigation meeting w/ witnesses to both issues.Meeting held, but I WASN'T asked--just mailed letter.Offic

Had to decline b/c my med. issues need Dr. with extensive knowledge/experience.Office itself has other issues.Can't recommend.They are 100% UNPROFESSIONAL, INHUMANE, UNETHICAL when most needed. Dr. W knows better than to believe I would do anything out-of-line/disrespectful. All this, w/ HEALTH ISSUES, NO DOCTOR, during worldwide PANDEMIC. A true nightmare from start to finish. After 15+ yrs, they didn't give me the common curtsey to ask what might have happened, as ‘their patient’. I also never owed $1 to the practice—ever. The 3 Dr.s owning CIMA know there is ‘a situation’, but don't care. They won't mediate to find the truth or confront responsibIlity. Drs. need to be reminded that their 1st obligation to their patients is to 'Do No Harm...' but, It never occurred to me Doctors would need to be taught to 'CAUSE No Harm'. PATIENTS BEWARE. Update: 11/30/20 Proposed PATIENT'S RIGHTS policies through MI State House of Reps. currently being researched based on serious mistreatment of this patient.

These people are rude, seldom return calls and change up your whole med and medical routine whenever they feel like it. The secretary my doctor has is useless and I'm on my way out the door. What a shame I followed doctor Kidwell here and it's constant disappointment. Last month I was forced to find another doctor for my allergy medication because this incompetent woman can't do her job. So I asked to speak to the nurse today and spoke to the receptionist who transferred me and I never received a call back as usual. STAY AWAY!!!

I love Dr Wheeler. I've been seeing her for years. I trust her like no other Doctor I've ever had. I HIGHLY recommend her.

D.R. Wheeler is the best D.R. I have had, I have been a patient of hers for years, she takes time to listen and does not rush through the appointment, she is personable, and empathetic, if I could give her 10 stars I would, best D.R. ever!

Dr Wheeler has been my doctor for several years. Her service has really never been great but I was getting prescriptions and testing as needed. Lately it's been next to impossible to get my prescription renewed. This last month it took 11 days after calling in to actually get a prescription renewed. I had gone into the office after 7 days for a shot and asked about the prescription, was told it was waiting for the doctors signature and they would call it in that day, (Monday). It wasn't called in until Friday the same day I got the letter that she was dropping me as a patient. All future scheduled appointments were cancelled, including my b12 shot later this month. Good luck finding a new doctor cause "your failure to obtain continuing medical care can result in injury to you". So kind of her. Too bad Dr Wheeler you are a really bad doctor. I won't let the door hit me in the rear on the way out.

Dr Wheeler is extremely unprofessional and should have her medical license revoked due to negligent care of her patients.

Dr. Wheeler is very easy going and open to listening to my questions. I see her regularly for chronic conditions and she is very supportive.

loses anything faxed. I am left in waiting room over an hour at times, and in the exam room up to half an hour. Dr. will chat with staff and keep me waiting, then walk in and not speak, only tapping on her laptop. She doesn't answer and I am left to wonder if she heard me. She rolls her eyes at questions, is sarcastic....and frankly I'd like to punch her in the face. She is a terrible diagnostician and really just makes no effort at all. I Have never had a bad doctor before and NEVER criticize on reviews, but I really hope this helps others NOT TO GO TO HER!!!
