The staff in Lansing were phenomenal! The Dr was so kind but approachable and actually interested in my symptoms, the ultrasound was easy and efficiently performed. The whole care plan was done within a reasonable time frame sand my legs have never felt or looked better! Thank you!

The staff was so professional, so patient and kind to my father when I brought him in. He's elderly and had poor hearing but the front desk girl made him feel welcomed and like he was chatting with a friend. She made the process so easy and smooth for us. The radiologist and physician were both so efficient and informative. We now have a better understanding of what is going on and how to treat it so my father can enjoy doing things! Thank you to the Lansing staff! Huge thank you to the front desk woman who made my father's day and had him leaving the office with a smile and excited to get this treatment!

The Center for Vein Restoration and staff were outstanding in every way! I had varicose veins for several years. They became a problem a few years ago. I wish I would have taken care of them sooner. I wish my treatment was on going. 😀 I highly recommend the Center if you have any vein issues.

I had a great experience here! The PA, Danielle, had answers for all my questions (and I had a lot!) and explained everything so clearly and made it all easy for me to understand. The tech guy that scanned me was really friendly and made the scan and easy comfortable experience too. The two girls up front also were really knowledgeable and one was even able to answer some more questions I had for the provider that I forgot to ask and they even eased my mind about starting the treatments. What a great staff!!!

I took my mother in to check out her legs, and from the moment we walked in the door and were greeted by the lady at front desk, through the paperwork, the Ultrasound technician that was performing the scan of her legs and the Doctor Who went over everything with her as if it was her own mother… Making sure she and I both understood everything and all the options she had. I knew we made the right decision in setting up the appointment and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She walked away with a sense of hope to get some relief soon from the pain and restless legs. I was beyond satisfied with the care she received and this was just the first appointment! I can’t wait to see what the rest of treatments will bring and how many symptoms can be resolved for my mother. They were so thorough, when we were checking out the front desk woman made my mother so happy and reassured her again by going over the plan and instructions so we knew exactly what to prepare for and what we could expect…. Just the sweetest woman, Best service ever!

I took my son to the Lansing, Michigan center. They were personable, on time, knowledgeable… and were very in tune with my son. My son has special needs and cannot always communicate his needs. The doctor could tell when my son was uncomfortable and paused. All around a very positive experience.
