I checked in just before 7:00am thinking it would be a quick visit. It’s after 9:00am and I haven’t seen a provider yet.

If I’m sick, I will only go to the Frandor location. After I made my appointment, I only waited about 5 min before I was taken back. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend LUC - Frandor.

The doctor and staff was friendly and professional. This is the first time I've been to an urgent care facility in many, many years. I was pleasantly surprised how fast and efficient it was.
