I had a great experience at Urgent Care in Lansing, MI. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The check-in process was fast, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The providers took the time to listen to my concerns, explained things clearly, and made me feel cared for. The clinic was clean and well-organized, which added to the overall comfort of the visit. I’m grateful for their excellent service and would definitely recommend Urgent Care to anyone who needs quick and quality medical attention.

My neurologist is working on diagnosing me with mitochondrial disorder. After 2.5 years of dealing with it, a new symptom of severe bouts of deep aching pain started. The on call neurologist at the office I go to recommended I go to urgent care so they could help me manage the pain in the meantime, as ibuprofen and Tylenol weren't helping. I went here, and was turned away at the door, saying "all they can give me for pain is ibuprofen". They wouldn't even listen to me. I wasn't looking for opioids, just something to help me get by until I can get into my specialist. I felt like I wasn't taken seriously.
