I was in to see Dr.Swords 6-14-23 and had issues with a disk from a scan. Dr. Swords told me to go to hospital and send disk by mail and he would call me and go over results. Called 6-23, they had disk and he would call . Called 6-26 , 7-5, 7-6 and was told he would call me that day . No call , I called 7-7 to make an appointment to drive to see him. I was Told I would have to wait till august 18th for a visit since he won’t call as he told me he would on my previous visit. His doctors note to employer ran out and office staff will not do anything to extend the note . I’m not impressed when people don’t do what they say they are going to do. I should be at front of the line since it wasn’t my fault the hospital sent a blank CT scan disk. Office Staff will send you to voicemail to get rid of you. Not happy at all.

Dr. Swords is one of the best foot and ankle surgeons in the country. his expertise is outstanding. If you have problems with your feet or ankles, he is probbaby the best there is

He did my ankle fusion, Every thing was great. I spent almost 10 years looking for a surgeon that I felt comfortable with. I even went to the Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Swords is who I chose and have no regrets. The surgery was 7 years ago,

I find it difficult to come up with the words to describe the pleasure it has been having Dr Michael Swords repair the imjury to my ankle. What I know now of his skill making the repair and his ability to explain what I was going through , including showing x-rays, without all the medical jargon I typically hear from docters, gave me the feeling that I am in the right hands. I took comfort knowing the procedure was mechanically sound and I will seek no other for my repair in the future. I have heard that Dr Swords is well respected by colleagues and I wholeheartedly recommend him.

I was very disappointed in this practice. I had a fall, went to ER. Dr. Swords was on call. Called his office 3 days in a row for an appointment. Got NOTHING from his very rude staff. Very unprofessional! 2 weeks later, still can't walk... had to go through PCP to order pertinent test. Still need Ortho follow up but you can bet it won't be this practice!

Had an accident and broke my tibia and blew my knee up in the process. Made the whole process easy for me and made sure I understood everything going on inside of me leg. Everythings been going excellent with the recovery aswell!
