Patrick Noud's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Noud is by far one of the most personable, compassionate and knowledgeable doctors I’ve experienced in a long time. With my multiple conditions he was able to pinpoint my present situation and offer excellent choices. I will be certain to recommend him to any one seeking help with shoulder problems or injuries.

He’s absolutely fantastic. Had my shoulder done middle of April and currently doing PT. If your looking for a great shoulder doc, he’s your guy. Gave guidance to what my options were. Never pushed me toward surgery but let me decide. Listens and advises. This guy really knows his stuff. My husband & I were totally impressed from day one. You won’t regret your decision.

I have had to undergo 3 shoulder surgeries with Dr . Noud since Nov.29,2022. He is extremely intelligent and really knows shoulders. That being said, potential patients should be aware that they will be harshly judged and looked down upon for being a chronic pain patient and/or just needing post operative pain medication. He is motivated by and interested in the “end result” only and not in working with you to treat the “acute” stage of pain that you go through to get to the end result. The office is extremely understaffed and I experienced multiple appointment mistakes. If you have ANY health concerns or issues (ie;chronic pain) ,be prepared to do any and all the leg work to facilitate the necessary relationship between their surgeons and your other doctors. Dr. Noud did an excellent job on my shoulders but follow up care was poor, office staff/phones were very poor and I (and several other patients I know) are left feeling like disgruntled customers. And actually on one of their several phone trees, we are referred to as “customers” and not patients.

Great doctor. I’ve been a patient for 3 years. If I ever have shoulder problems again he is my guy.

The his is the second shoulder replacement Dr. Noud has done for me. Both replacements have gone extremely well. He’s an extremely competent doctor. I have full range of motion and no more pain!

They were very professional and very thorough , although I did have an hour wait to see the Dr.

He was very forthright, easy to understand, listened to what I had to say and provided a good explanation of my problem and solutions. He has an excellent “bedside manner.”

Run do not walk away from this doctor. I broke my arm and after 4 months was still having problems. PT and I were continuing to request a MRI. At my last appointment Dr. Noud said "I do not need to order an MRI because I know exactly what is wrong with your arm". Turns out he really could not see, because the damage was far more extensive. Had to see my primary care and she ordered the MRI and referred me to a better Ortho. Dr. Noud and his PA are very arrogant. Glad I followed my instincts and got out of there. Also provided a copy of the MRI to him, and have never heard from him.
