Tammy Woods's Online Review Report Card

Dr Woods is very professional whenever I visited her office I had very little wait time. She performed surgery on my left wrist some years ago. And more recently was treating my right hand for a fall I had. She listens and hears you when you speak.

Love her. I never right reviews but for some reason I decided to look her’s up. I read some of her reviews. I am also a doctor and my hands are really important to me. She did a great job and that’s what I wanted. I would definitely recommend her. I’m not sure what those other patients with the negative reviews wanted. We all have different personalities. I wanted an excellent doctor and that’s what I got. Thank Dr. Woods.

She reminds me of a robot and has a terminator like gaze. Almost no human emotion or any sense of warmth. She does her job well, to the point, but she is definitely not a people person. She's like the grey gloomy cloud that just looms but never rains. She is the type of doctor that clocks in and clocks out and could care less about her patients actually getting better.

This was likely the worst experience I have had with a physician ever. I would NEVER recommend her. She began to squeeze my hurt hand into a fist without warning or regard for pain. She was rude, barely spoke, horrible communication, wrote a script for med I already have because she asked me NOTHING. I would not want her to treat my DOG! also, her face was scary - stoic and robotic the whole time. I didn't feel like a person or an object - more like an interruption to her life.

This doc has absolutely NO ability to communicate with her patient. She is rude, does not communicate and I would not let her treat my pet

Wow! I'm out playing with the band tonight, something I never thought I could do again after I broke my wrist!! Dr. Woods you fixed my wrist and I can never thank you enough!!!! I was so scared to get pins and plates but it truly worked! I'm glad you did the surgery and did it perfect!!! You saved my life!!! Thank you!!! R. Thomas

My brother selected this doctor based upon her affiliation with the Henry Ford Health System. She is rude, asked no questions and purposely misdiagnosed hims upon seeing the results of his MRI where is was clear that he had a torn ligament in his hand. Now becuz of her telling Worker's Comp there was nothing wrong, WC is refusing to pay for the surgery to fix his hand. He saw another specialist who stated clearly the ligament is 85% torn and REQUIRES surgery for the ligament and pinched nerve.

I visited Dr.Woods office on Jan 10, 2017 at 7:00 am Tuesday, She talk to me rude , she pull my left hand back & said , what you looking like that for , then she said did you look at EMG screen, do you know what they said , You have no CTS. While still holding my left hand bend back, she said explain where is your pain , as soon I started telling her she said , Nope thats were CTS hurt at. I suffer from Mental Health issue & she had me so upset , I left her office in tears. She is very rude...

Dr. Woods did carpal tunnel surgery on my left hand a few months ago. It was a complete success and she thoroughly explained the risks and possibility of ongoing numbness beforehand. She is businesslike, matter-of-fact, and simply impresses me as the kind of person who gets things done. Her staff at the Dearborn office is very efficient as well. I am proceeding to have her perform the same surgery on my right hand shortly and would definitely recommend her to someone with the same condition.
