I have been going to Dr. Rolland‘s office since he was in Romeo. I now go to his Lapeer office which takes me almost an hour to get there. It is well worth it he is very kind, compassionate and understanding, he has helped me out with many different skin issues. Plus Everyone in his office is extremely nice and helpful…

Office staff rude. Only took one biopsy at the first appointment. On the second appointment my spouse was told he could not do the follow up procedure at the location his appointment was made because lab was not available (so why make it there?) Then at that same appointment, froze off a second area, which could have been done at first visit.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Contacted the office to inquire on having irritated skin tags removed, specifically how much it would be to have them removed. I was asked what kind of insurance I had and contract numbers...so on. I was told that if the tags were an irritant that my insurance would cover the removal of them with which I made an appointment to do so. I reiterated the pricing question in concern of the amount of tags if I had to pay for them. I was again advised insurance will cover as they are an irritant. I showed up for the appt, waited a bit and was escorted to a room in which the CIRCUS STARTED!! THE NURSE IN THE ROOM ASKED ME IF I WAS PREPARED FOR COST OF THE REMOVALS?? I proceeded to tell the nurse of the phone converstaion to which was replied "I have been doing this for many years and you will get a bill but we will just remove and go from there"! I told her I called to ask, again to be prepared for the cost and still do not know what it will be or even have an idea of what the cost will be. I could have gotten info or been prepared if I had been told any different but was assured it would not be! Nurse said well we will remove in a tone like it was my fault! I said NO THANK YOU with trust gone and no idea of any charge still at this point!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME!! I truly feel bad for Dr. Roland because had seen him in the past with my husband and felt he was a good Dr. but with the circus going on elsewhere cannot be trusted and to waste peoples time like that is just bad news that will travel in small towns!
