First it is very frustrating when you make an appointment at a specific time then the staff calls to schedule you earlier the day of because the dr finished early. The front desk staff and nurses are very kind. Robart on the other hand is lacking patient etiquette and bedside manner. He cuts you off when you are trying to talk, doesn’t listen fully, and mis-diagnosed me. I was referred to another surgeon.

Awful, told a family member very grim results without having initial pathology back which turned out not to be the dire case he presented. Came out with blood on his scrubs to talk to family member after procedure. Would never go to again, should not be in the field of surgery and needs a long course in patient interaction and compassion!
