I couldn't be happier with my experience with this office. The staff was wonderful and Dr Reddy was so helpful and listened to my problems and made sure I was well taken care of. I will definitely be back if I have any further issues and will recommend anyone looking come here as well

Waited 3 weeks for appointment after referral with very scary/painful symptoms. He scheduled colonoscopy quickly (thankfully). After procedure the NURSE told me I had ulcerative colitis and diverticulitis. Shortly after this Dr Reddy came in, told me to take steroids for two months and if I had any further issues/questions talk to my family Dr. Apparently he thinks a family physician will have more information/treatment on a bowel disease than a GASTROENTEROLOGIST! He dismissed questions I asked and was quickly gone. He gave me NO information on this disease or treatment possibilities. Thank goodness I found another Dr (Catherine Waller) who is treating this and all of the other autoimmune symptoms that go along with it.

Absolutely NOT! If I could have selected no stars I would have, but I didn't have that option. He did not say hello and introduce himself on our first appointment. I said hello and he says...What are you here for? His first words to me and lack of proper introductions is ridiculous. Plus.. He lost me at not being familiar with my digestive condition and asking what dosage I wanted for my antibiotic. I was speechless at that point. I said I have no idea..whatever you recommend. Horrible and disappointing. I was really hoping to find a new doctor locally, but I will never go back.

Find a different doctor. This dr expects you to wait over a month to come in to see him even when you have been a patient of his for 6 years! So when his patient is having an ulcertive colitis flair up they are making him wait over a month to come in to see him or he can just call his family Dr! Unbelievable! The staff that answers the phone is even more rude!! There has got to be better!

He has horrible bedside manner. He barely talks to you. He scheduled an upper endoscopy, and after it was finished all he said was "you have a slow stomach, you have Esophagitis." Gave me a picture of my stomach, which had a black part that he never explained what that was. Told me an antibiotic would help me, and when I tried to get it my insurance didnt cover it. I tried to talk to him, but he told me there was nothing more he could do. His staff was so rude, I told his receptionist that I'd like him to try to send the insurance company an appeal for the antibiotics. She told me he wouldn't do it and was like "so are you denying treatment?" Its like come on? Do you even care anymore?
