Had an appointment Jan 13 at the Sandusky office which they confirmed a few days before that. Got there and it was closed. Called and was told they don’t come to Sandusky anymore. I asked why I was told by their office that I had an appointment in Sandusky and they said yes. I was put on hold for awhile. When she came back she said that dr Andrea was who I was suppose to see and she doesn’t work for them any more. She was very sorry for the mix up and it was their fault. A doctor leaves and you don’t inform the patients scheduled that the office is now closed? What kind of office is that? I won’t be going back.

I waited two minutes before being called back for my appointment. Before I knew it Dr. Robert's addressed my concern and answered all my questions and I was on my way. It's been awhile since I found a dermatologist that wasn't rushed and felt like a priority.

Dr. Roberts has helped several people in my family, I can't say enough good things about him and his team. Professional. Efficient. Resourseful. Empathetic. Compassionate. Knowledgeable. The list could go on and on! We've had most of our encounters with Beth, Dr. Roberts' nurse. She's a rock star and they work very well together. I've recommended Dr. Roberts to several people (family and non) and will continue to do so ~ we're even following him over to his Lapeer office (he/they previously had a one-day-a-week clinic in Caro). We will gladly travel the distance to see him/them.
