She was my obgyn. Right when covid began I had a miscarriage during my 1st pregnancy. I called her office over and over, never heard from her. Reception told me to go to the Hospital when I finally reached someone. During covid pandemic! Hospital told me not to come in. I’ve still never heard from her. I believe she committed malpractice and if I get pregnant again I’m going somewhere else.

Dr. Byrd-Carr took the time to speak me in length about my concerns. I have a list that I bring to every visit and she takes the time to answer every concern. Dr. Byrd-Carr recently completed 2 surgeries and I was very well pleased with the very tiny non existent scar. A major concern for me, someone who keloids. She gives all available up to date options and is not afraid to discuss and point all the downside or side effects of a procedure, medication etc.
