Barbara Hannah's Online Review Report Card

I didn’t realize how rude and dismissive Dr. Hannah was until thinking later on about my previous appointment. During my appointment she was not gentle or sensitive at all when I expressed that I was in pain, instead, she proceeded to mention how I had been sexually active, assuming that I should not be in pain. (Though unbeknownst to her assumptions, it was had been a while ago, once in my life) She was also quite dismissive about my pelvic pain concern because of my age (18) and offered no referrals to specialists that I went to find on my own.

I’ve never written a review before but simply do not see this doctor. Absolutely does not care about her patients at all. Worst birthing experience of my life

Dr. Hannah was very dismissive about my pain. She didn't want to answer my questions and her PA laughed at me when I was saying I was too young to have pain problems. She was not gentle at all when I told her I was hurting.

She was a wonderful. Very patient, answered all of our questions and we never felt like she was too busy. We are so happy that we chose her and her staff to bring our wonderful new James into the world. Thank you Dr. Hannah

She is very patient. I have a threatened miscarriage in early pregnancy, and she was very professional. She listen for every single detail . She always smile to make me feel comfortable.

Dr. Hannah has been my OB-GYN for some years now. Even before my latest and third pregnancy, she was always knowledgable and well versed when it came to my OB-GYN female needs. She has answered any questions that I have had, including questions that my partner has had to ease his nerves (as this is his first child). I would recommend her to any female. She has delivered children to people that I know and now she is on schedule/tasked with delivering my third child in December. I am looking forward to having her by my side for this new journey I am about to embark on.

She informed me she would be looking for cancer. Test been back have not heard from her or her or her office. She sent me out the office with the wrong test the first time. My test was read by my primary Dr. and she still has not called me. I called she is never in here office. Her assistants are nasty acting.... I would not send my canine there. She play so pleasant but she not. She can care less and and her office staff is the worst still waiting for results to be read with thought of cancer !

Staff is incredibly rude. They speak to you like you’re and idiot because they don’t live in their world. The receptionist is rude and militant and talks down to you. The Medical Assistant literally gives you side eye and the billing clerk is just dingy. I’ve had several tests and appointments made that there was a disconnect between office and hospital causing me great inconvenience and showing their incompetence. Dr, Hannah has been lovely but I will be seeking a different practitioner.

I would rate Dr,. Hannah a 5 however her office staff is subpar. The front desk lady is rude and militant and doesn't know how to speak to patients and the billing lady who fills in for that position occasionally is simply incompetent. Actually considering changing just because they have dropped the ball on so many things. This is unfortunate because I do like Dr. Hannah and her care I just can't get over being treated poorly continuously by her staff.
