List of Audrey Bruell's Reviews
Dr. Bruell has been my dermatologist for several years. She has been wonderful to me in regards to my dermatology issues!
I had been a patient here for years. Will not return. They spend absolutely no time with you. You are rushed out the door. I had a change in my insurance and had to bump my appointment out a week until I got my new insurance card. They would not refill my prescription, even just for a couple days until I could come in for my appointment. As a result I had a significant set back in my skin condition and even more scarring. I was absolutely disgusted. They admitted when I came back in for the follow up you need to be weaned and that was the reason for my setback. Also, I have a large deductible policy. So my visits cost more if they write a script at the visit as opposed to calling it in between visits. ($50/ visit vs $84/ visit for the BCBS allowable.) Will not be back.
Could not treat my condition, did not give me any referrals and would not prescribe any lidocaine or pain relief meds. I emailed a description of my condition in great detail, they should have never set up an appointment for a condition they did not treat. The doctor spent time describing her experience with the same condition and looking up some random doctors name on her cell phone. I left in pain. Will not recommend this practice.
I recommended Dr. Bruell to everyone...friends and family. Been going there for years. The office staff has become lazy, unprofessional, rude and incompetent at best. The harass you about your appointment and then reschedule you half a dozen times. They schedule you with the doctor and you always see a PA. They are always late to first appointments even at 9:00am.There billing department is a joke. You can have the same procedure two times in a row and get different Bill amounts every time
I am very surprised to read so many extremely positive reviews on other sites, because I had a completely disappointing experience as a first time patient. Extensive paperwork to complete. I waited 45 minutes to be seen by Dr. Bruell's PA. PA was hurried, abrupt, and did not answer questions thoroughly. Botox prices are $550.00 for 40 units. PA insisted on administering Botox to my forehead only, despite requests otherwise. My right eye was swollen and bruised the following day. Will not return.
Had a full body exam very thorough. I felt very comfortable and I am so happy I went to see Dr. Bruell
Went there in November and December 2016. Was nervous reading the reviews but a friend recommended Dr Bruell. The entire staff was professional and courteous. I plan to continue going there as needed.
I originally rated her office highly and recommend them to family/friends, however I am now being billed over $200 for something back in 2014. I had already met my deductible when I seen her in 2014 so I had zero copay, this means they did not bill in time so now the insurance will not pay it. I was originally told I did not have to pay for follow up visits for biopsy results, well guess what you will be billed out of the blue for that! So don't be surprised if you are billed for something 1.5
Beware - requires you to come in for results and then charges that as another appointment! Every specialist and dr I have ever been to includes required follow ups as part of the original visit! Billing practices a nightmare

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
