Dr. Frank Winters and staff are the very Best!!

I had the worst experience with Park Medical Center. I had to call them 10 times in four weeks just to get a hold of my physical exam results. They nurse never followed up or gave me a call back to schedule my other tests. Dr. Winters Never bothers to tell me my physical exam results or even put them in the portal or even REPLY to my messages. If you can't do your job properly DON"T WORK IN THE MEDICAL FIELD. THEY DON"T FOllow up with their patient nor keep them informed with what is going on. They were quick to submit the bills and claim their money but took them a month to give me my result which I haven't received in about a month. DON'T GO THERE DON"T EVEN BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME.

My husband had blood work done on April 15 and have checked the portal numerous times but nothing. I called and asked them to send results, again nothing. My husband called and said he was coming to get results and he waited over half hour when he finally walked out. Still no results in portal or mailbox. Why they changed portals is beyond me. Still waiting. He does like Dr. Winters but..........

Compassionate, very knowledgeable and he listens! He's shepherded me through several serious diagnoses with professionalism and empathy. I highly recommend him!

Horrible people. No compassion. I book an appointment (no confirmation call or email) for my crippling depression... I tried to call to confirm and the line was busy. After driving a half hour to the appt, I showed up at 3:15 for my 3:30 appt and they said I was booked for 3, so I was too late and to come back a different time. They way they spoke to me was degrading- even though they knew I was coming in for depression. You never know what people are going through....

I have been one of Dr. Winters' patients for over 30 years. When my doctor left to practice in a different city over 30 years ago, Dr. Winters was recommended to me. I could not have found a better, more caring, doctor anywhere. He has taken care of big issues and small issues for me and he has treated every one of them with the same care and expertise.

My father in law has been seeing Dr. Winters for about 2 years. In the past two years Dr. Winters has been very helpful with diagnosing my FIL with Dementia and understanding when we just couldn't make it because of it being a "Bad Day". Dr. Winters always has prescription refills done on time and promptly gets to his patients. Dr. Winters is a very compassionate Doctor, not only to the patient but also to family members that are caring for his patients. My biggest complaint is front desk personnel. You call and make an appointment and they never enter it into the system. Today we sat online waiting for what I thought was a scheduled appointment and to find out it was never scheduled. The lady in scheduling said she never scheduled an appointment and she is the only one that does scheduling. I have called in prescription refills multiple times and Dr. Winters said he never received the requests. Dr. Winters - 5 stars Front Desk - 1 stars

Dr. Winters is very compassionate and caring doctor who has a great knowledge base. He is my doctor, and he has helped me with my maintaining my health and wellness. Responds quickly to my calls and questions.
