Optical appointments have been a struggle for me all my life, I have not found the perfect doctor/facility until now. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Blaize and his fantastic staff. I now have a home for my optical needs, the staff takes great care of their patients, spends as much time with you as you need and never pressures you into buying, they want you to be comfortable, happy and satisfied. I can honestly say it is the BEST experience I have ever had. Thank you Dr. Blaize and staff, I'm a patient for life!

Dr.blaize is the best.the best thing about the doctor is he explains the results of your examination in plain words you can understand.His staff is top notch also .I would recommend Dr Blaize to anyone that have eye concerns.

Dr Gerry Blaize really strives to take care of his patient needs. He took the time and effort to go over my history listen to my current issues with my contacts, and he suggested a new brand that has worked out perfectly. Gerry also got me hooked up with a pair of glasses which make me look like a boss! My insurance covered most of the deal so it was a huge win for me.??

Dr. Blaize is an exceptional doctor with such a kind, calm demeanor that even those of us who HATE medical anything feel comfortable! Speaking of comfort; Lori is a a ray of sunshine who welcomes you into Bayview as if you were a member of her family. She is bubbly, intellegent and a superstar at finding just the right frames. Take good care of yourself and your amazing sight with the help of Dr. Blaize and his amazing staff at Bayview!

Bayview has the best customer service, hands down! The doctor is very thorough and the sales people are so nice and helpful. They have made house calls to me when I couldn’t get out of the house due to medical reasons and they have replaced my husband’s frame countless of times because he has a physical job and is always roughing up his glasses. Lori’s on top of most cutting edge technology and frames. She has always been able to help me choose just the right frame. Love these guys!

Worst experience I’ve had at any optical establishment. The receptionist was nothing but great, friendly and courteous. The dr was completely unorganized, I showed up 15 minutes early as requested since it was my first visit. The dr saw me after I waited an hour. No apology or thank you for your patience. He drastically lowered my prescription which is unheard of and now I have to go somewhere else to get my prescription back. He also would not give me a prescription so I could purchase cheaper
