If I could I'd give him a zero in my opinion the office staff is rude uncaring and unprofessional. The doctor knew my grandma had a blood clot and did nothing he's a poor of a excuse of a doctor

Bad communication throughout! Knowingly left me with no continuing follow-up care that he knew would be needed! Left on hold several times transferred to voicemail, went on for hours!

Black receptionist hung up on me when I requested someone else to speak with the lady didn't seem too competent. Might wish to consider hiring someone else for your office Mr. Monroe I was a patient of yours years ago. This type of behavior is rude and unprofessional.

My husband has been seeing Dr. Monroe after Dr. Thomas Scott left this practice to move to Ohio . My husband lost his job this month & will be losing health coverage end of month . When he called to get an appointment to see Dr . Monroe & discuss his medications which is life essential meds the receptionist told him the earliest she could get him in is March 17. He have been going to that practice for years . This is not a covid issue. Very disheartening that this office did not work with getting him in BEFORE the end of month . Stressful enough to lose your job & then not have your Doctor office not even care about your health . Sad 😢

My husband is in extreme pain, needs surgery and can’t even get a return call from his doctor. Way to be concerned and care for your patients. We will be going elsewhere and our insurance company will be contacted.
