Dr. Shih is the best, she listens and give great medical advice. She is very thorough, and her office staff is very friendly. When I come to the office or call I always get taken care of. If you are looking for someone with a great attitude that care about patients needs, then you are at the right spot.

I recently switched over to Dr. Shih after being unsatisfied with my old doctor. Not only am I relieved that she corrected a past misdiagnosis and get me on appropriate medication, but literally every aspect of my visit was 100% positive (wait time, interacting with staff, etc.). Dr. Shih is a very attentive and compassionate professional, and she explains medicine patiently and without condescension. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Shih.
