Dr Haddad is one of the most compassionate and caring doctors I have been to. She is a good listener and takes time to explain and thoughtfully consider different treatment options. I had to find a doctor in the Detroit area when my husband was hospitalized for an extended period of time at U of M Hospital. We live in northern Michigan. That was 2 years ago and I still travel the 4 hours to see Dr Haddad.

I checked in online for an appointment. Two hours before the 1st appointment, I was called to reschedule my appointment. Three weeks later when I thought the appointment was at 2:45, I arrived at 2:40 and was handed numerous pages to complete after I had checked in again online ahead of the appointment. Five minutes later I was told the doctor would NOT see me because I was 10 minutes late. Dr. Haddad was highly recommended, and I was looking forward to meeting her. I wonder how many of per patients have waited ten minutes or more to be seen by her. My need to see her was very important as I had suffered from syncope and needed to see a physician to discuss my ability to drive.

This office has such a welcoming environment and the whole staff always seems to be in high spirits. Dr. Haddad is a wonderful doctor; she's generous with her time and very patient. She is warm, easy going, and a great listener. I've already recommended her to friends and family .
