The worst service. I can would give ZERO rating if possible. if the doctor practices at multiple places, they should let people know which place they need to show up at. I lost 1.5 hour of my life. I called their office and they said they sent notification the day before to so and so phone number which is totally NOT correct and i didn't received any notifications (also they provided the correct phone number when verified). Also they said that my appointment was on March 14th , Thursday of 2021 (the thing is march 14th of 2021 is NOT Thursday). I double checked then they said your appointment is march 16 2021 and they were saying that my appointment is at 8 which is incorrect as well, actually my appointment is at 8:30. NO NOTIFICATION/CONFIRMATION of what so ever. Never ever waste your time. Also she said that she will check with doctor to see if he can see me today , put me on hold and the response was like i didnt showed up and i rescheduled to so and so date and then cancelled. i believe the answer should be can he see the patient or NO. ABSOLUTE NO
