Covid has been a mess. Dr Jackson and the entire Livonia Family Physician staff stayed open during the whole crisis and helped care for us, as patients, while others offices were closed. They put themselves at risk. Thank you for your service.

My experience with Dr Jackson has been excellent. He cares, it is when you leave is when your troubles begin. Their billing offers an online portal, it costs to utilize it, and once you read the fine print to realize that they have you. I refuse to pay to make it more convenient for the recieved, you pay them so they get your money faster, seems backwards to me. I mailed my payment instead, it was recieved and collected according to my statement. The third party online DOXO that charges processing fees for processing your payment faster and will continue to try and collect long after you pay your bill through online emails BEWARE!!!! Payment Options for your Biotech Clinical Laboratory Bill. ://i1.cmail19.com/ei/d/FC/E12/A7E/052617/csfinal/doxo-white-horizontal1-9903cf03cf01453c.png Even though Dr J is a 10 he works out of location that has a billing department that is a 1 for that reason I can not give higher than a 2 rating
