Dr. Marcucci is an excellent pediatrician. She took the time to listen to my concerns about my older daughter's behavior. She eased my mind with more information, as well as giving me the option to go with a specialist if I saw fit. Her genuine care for each of my daughters is superb. Before, with my old doctor, my younger daughter was always intimidated by the doctor, and was always in tears. However, with Dr. Marcucci, her gentleness was felt. My younger daughter has never cried with Dr. Marcucci!!

I filed a complaint with my insurance company and I would NOT recommend her to my family or friends. I went to her 1 time- she did blood work - I showed her my feet were swollen twice their size - she said she did not have time to discuss this with me - she only allows 20 minutes per patient- several days later I received a referral for a Vascular Surgeon - I freaked out - I called the office - talked to Nikki - ask Nikki to have the doctor call me -called again -left a voice message - called again left another voice message, all during this time I faxed a letter 8 times to Dr. Rachel Marcuccei - it is been since August 4, 2020 - till today August 21, 2020 - NO ONE has contacted me - my feet are still swollen - I hope its nothing to serious
