I have been going to Dr. Ozog office for 20+ years. I am a retired nurse and have the best medical insurance, which gives me the option to see any doctor of my choice. I choose to see doctor Ozog because he is always thorough. He never rushes me when I am in his office. He asks questions and he listens to everything I ask. He does a thorough exam and makes sure that I am up on all of my anual tests etc. He is always cheerful and kind.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Ozog for over 15 years and I don’t ever plan on switching my PCP. He is so knowledgeable and explains things well. I’m thankful to have a doctor I can trust.

I have never been to see the doctor but after experiencing my first attempt at scheduling an appointment, I can say that I am unlikelyto ever try again. The receptionist very unhelpful and somewhat rude. I tried to set up a covid test and a first appointment. She suggested I leave a message with the doctor when I told her I hadn't seen him before she asked how I expected him to get back to me instead of helping me set up an appointment with him. When I said thank you I would try somewhere else she just shrugged me off with irritation. Very disappointed

Dr. Ozog and staff used to be decent but over time not very caring. I have had my family and friends come to this office because I thought they where awesome but with the staff not making appointments correctly saying one date and time to my aunt going there and then sayin oh there is not appointment for u to them them telling her to find another doc because she got mad. Then with Covid going around telling people to wear a mask but yet staff does not wear one then today make an appointment for husband and he is out of refills on a med that needs everyday and can’t get an appointment for 2 weeks but oh sorry we are not giving u refills ! Unreal!!!

Worst experience of a dr I have ever had.

The baby ended up in the hospital and almost died. This doctor said it was a symptom of teeth coming in. 6 weeks later the kid is on his third round of antibiotics.
