Same deal as all the others, acid reflux diagnosis. At least I got a doctor's note.
He was inappropriate by kissing me. Mis diagnosis. Beware
He was friendly but very old, should be retired honestly... he cut me off multiple times and didnt even really listen to me. He claimed my problem was acid reflux leaking into my esophagus... I don't have acid reflux and I'm 100% sure he's wrong. I got a second opinion that made much more sense to me and ended up resolving my problem. If you do go to see him, take his professional opinions with a grain of salt, folks.
One of my best - old timer recognize the Sx & take quick decision appointments are Rt away. Happen to know him 35 yrs
Dr. Stoler was not helpful and was very rude overall. He did not allow me to finish answering his questions before cutting me off. Rather than take the time to listen to my symptoms, he jumped to inaccurate conclusions.
For years I thought I had allergies/sinus infections. He took one look at me, told me it wasn't an infection, it was acid reflux. I couldn't believe it, but I followed his directions and I feel better than I have felt in years. No more nasal congestion and lump in my throat.
He seems to be very experienced with symptoms stemming from TMJ and acid reflux. I think he's a great doctor. I've had maybe 7 appointments with him over the last 20 years. Each time I was convinced I had something else and his diagnosis has always turned out to be the right one.
Diagnosed my daughter's hearing loss and put in tubes. He actually thanked me for entrusting my daughter's care to him. He is a very nice man. He doesn't test too much either. He only made her go through formal hearing tests twice, the other visits he simply whispered while concealing his mouth behind her chart so she could not read his lips. He comes in blowing bubbles to put little kids at ease.
Condescending behavior. I don't like being called "honey" and being told "say good-bye to me". Seemed disheveled. Told me I had a problem when I didn't.
Very nice, explains everything, answers questions. Great with little kids - he comes in blowing bubbles. Repaired my broken nose and put tubes in my child's ears.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
