Best primary care doctor I've ever worked with. She tends to run behind, so just be aware when you schedule. She's worth the wait

She was a decent person/ general DO but disregarded a lot of the concerns my family expressed while under her care. She tried to push treatment that was against our beliefs. She refused to accept recommendations from elite licensed mental health professionals in order to get my family to come in for more appointments with her to not even provide anything other than a prescription. It took 4 weeks of me calling to get ahold of her staff to even get the denial. Definitely ruined this holiday season for my family by not taking this seriously and we will never be returning.

I have been going to the practice for almost 30 years and have been with Dr. Sherri Rosenfeld for the last 5-10 of those years. She goes above and beyond to take care of me and discuss what my options are. She is a phenomenal family practice doctor.

Dr. Rosenfeld has been my family’s primary care physician for the past 8 years. She comes to each visit prepared to evaluate the symptoms you described to her assistant and knowledgeable of the history you provided. She is kind, with a good laugh, and highly knowledgeable. She provides patients with options, and explains the pros and cons of each course of treatment. She is thorough in her answers and does not pass judgement, so feel free to be open with her. I cannot recommend her more.

CARING AND KIND

I showed up 20 minutes early. They took my chart and left it somewhere and forgot about me. An hour later I said what’s going on I have beed here over 2 hours. Oh sorry. I had a 730 am appointment. They called to confirm. Arrived again 20 minutes early for the receptionist to tell me the doctor wasn’t in !!!!! I’m looking for new doctors office. Sone offices have to pay more out of pocket in order for it to run smoothly.

I love Dr. Rosenfeld! She is absolutely awesome! I have a hard time getting comfortable with doctors and she puts me at ease. She is always willing to listen and answer your questions. Dr. Rosenfeld is very friendly and enjoy seeing her during my appointments.
