I saw Dr. Hines this morning for the first time. She is WONDERFUL! Took her time with me, listened... I have never had a doctor be so great with her time. It was really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Shyran Hines-Fenderson is an amazing MD she love's what she do and also love's her patient's.My Family and I have been with her for Quite sometime now, and i wouldn't have it no other way. Dr. Hines-Fenderson focus is so strong on women and children's care. she take her time and listen and giving you her honest opinion on what she think is best. Dr. Shyran Hines-Fenderson is an Phenomenal person and MD all in one.

Dr. Hines-Fenderson was the best doctor I've ever had. I recently got a new job and had to switch PCPs. She's understanding, honest, easy to talk to, she really listens to her patients, and just an all around amazing doctor. She saved my life and I will be FOREVER grateful. I'm going to miss her being my PCP.

Overall I am largely satisfied with this doctor HERSELF. Her office staff ON THE OTHER HAND while perhaps fairly efficient lacks courtesy to the point of being somewhat rude and even a bit obnoxious. The physicians assistant was O.K. though. She could use a little friendlier staff at the front desk but I notice this as a fairly common problem when I go to the doctor's office in general. Most office staff at doctor's offices I've seen are fairly lacking in the courtesy department. Perhaps it simply comes with the territory for that job. In my experience more have been discourteous than friendly.

My compliant is not with the dr., it is with the front line staff - specifically the male at the front desk. Very unprofessional, he discusses peoples business not caring or unaware that he can be heard in the waiting room. Telephones are down more often than not.

Dr. Fenderson really takes her time to explain to you in laymen terms what's going on with you; whether it be with your diagnosis, or your medications that that you need to take. Dr. Fenderson is very concerned about her patients. She really loves her patients. She's a really great Doctor!!!!!
