I have been going here for over a year now. I see Dr. Ellenberg and he is absolutely fantastic!! I get eye injections and I was petrified the first time and he made it so much easier for me! The staff is also amazing! Always so friendly and helpful! We drive from Pontiac to Livonia to see the Dr and it is totally worth it!!!

Called today to schedule an appointment and the receptionist was so rude from the very beginning! I ended up hanging up and scheduled an appointment somewhere else. Don’t work as a receptionist if you don’t know how to talk to people.

Long wait times to be seen by Specialists however, doctor(s) are phenomenal. Appreciated the comfort and support of the clinical staff during treatments. Front office/reception is exceedingly busy yet very professional. My major concern with this group is scheduled appointments running +45 minutes behind schedule (no updates/little concern for long patient wait times). Doctor performed surgery which went swimmingly well however, the office called and left a v/m a week before the scheduled post-op recheck appointment to inform me that the 'doctor wouldn't be in that day--call back to reschedule." Returned the call to reschedule and the doc was not available to re-check the surgical site for another two months! There is significant opportunity for administration to proactively ensure patients are being treated in a timely manner and treatment is producing positive patient outcomes.

I am so grateful for being referred to this office. I am not the typical age for cataract surgery (42) and was a little nervous about the process. However the staff here is very kind and experienced. It's hard to even explain how skilled and knowledgeable the doctors are here. I've had one eye done (about 2 weeks ago) and have my next one in a few days and I'm actually looking forward to it. They are so good at their jobs I'm looking forward to being stabbed in the eye ... It's just completely painless and life changing. So hard to explain. I trust them completely and would highly recommend this office to everyone.
