Great experience! First time at this office. Friendly front office staff. My elderly mother was suffering from vertigo and had deep earwax that needed removal. We were greeted by assistant Sherry who, when she saw my mother’s movement limitations and her inability to sit at the exam chair due to partial paralysis and mechanical hip, removed the exam chair to the side of the room and replaced it with another chair without side arms so my mom can sit and wait for the doctor to be examined there. Then Sherry came back to the room and informed us that the next station will be at a table that is high. I asked for a step stool and with help I can get mom on it because I want mom to be treated. Doctor Meraj came in, checked mom and confirmed her ability to get on the table He was friendly, understanding, caring and worked around my mother’s movement limitations with care along with his assistant Sherry as well as assistant Jennifer who lent a hand in helping with my mom getting on and off the table. Friendly and great all around. Very grateful and thankful. My mother and I highly recommend!!

I had an appointment along with my 87 year old mother. Dr M asked us each our concerns, and listened. Was very gentle cleaning out wax in my mom’s ears. Will be going back for a follow up. Also a great staff! Shout out to Jennifer who pushed my mom in her wheelchair!
