This office is VERY run down, dirty, and cluttered. Waiting room chairs are ripped walls are dirty chipped paint. I’ve never seen anything like it.

Dr. Troy Smith is beyond excellent - you can usually get in for an appointment right away and he listens and doesn't rush you. He goes over and above for his patients and actually makes calls himself to give you test results - who even does that anymore...great personal one-on-one communication. People are complaining about the shoddy waiting room...WHO CARES!! You're usually not waiting too long there and it's the care and service that counts anyways. Great staff and you can get all your usual tests done right there onsite (bloodwork, urinalysis, x-rays, EKG) instead of having to go elsewhere and waste another day...everything is one-stop shopping - so convenient. A+++

My wife, her family and I have been going to Dr. Smith for many years. Dr. Smith is a great Dr. Many things have changed in the office in the past few years. It is now so hard to get an appointment. The average wait time on the phone to talk to someone is 45 minutes, the people there are not as friendly as they use to be. I have been a patient of Dr Smith for a long time. One thing he did was diagnose my prostate cancer early and saved me a lot of problems. I see him regularly and have physicals every year. A more honest and sincere doctor you won't find.

Dr. Smith has been my doctor for over 20 years now. He has been my father's doctor just as long and is also my husbands doctor. Dr Smith always takes time to listen, he is friendly and has a great bedside manner. I trust him with my healthcare to the point I have moved an hour away and still use him as my primary care doctor! I highly recommend him!
