I spoke to two different receptionist/intake employees BOTH of them were unprofessional and rude! I would NOT recommend this location to anyone seeking help! To make matters worse... I wasn't even able to make an appointment.

I love going to Cruz Clinic. I feel that the Doctors and that staff have been wonderful throughout the time that I have been there. I would recommend them to anyone who needs good compassionate help

Dr. Cruz is a wonderful compassionate doctor. He takes his time and really listens to me when I see him.

I had a few ok visits with him and that was fine. But then I had the worst encounter I had ever had with a doctor. Mental health or otherwise. I'm not going to repeat what he said but I remember it all these years later. I don't know if they had reviews like this for doctors back then and it looks like he generally treats his patients kindly. But I will never forget that visit.
