Dr Arens is an excellent pediatrician. He listens to his patients and gives practical advice. He has a wonderful bedside manner and is very professional
Dr Arens is the absolute best. He takes time with you and your child and is very kind and explains things thoroughly. We love everyone at Cornerstone.
My sons appointment was easy to schedule and the office visit was quick. Physician and staff were very nice!
My son has been a patient of Dr. Arens for the past 5 years. Dr. Arens always takes the time to listen, ask questions, and is extremely prompt in refilling prescriptions, as well as being on time for our scheduled appointments in the office. The office staff has always been friendly and extremely helpful.
This DO had an attitude from the beginning of the phone call. When asked about a child with COVID, his general disposition was rude when my worry was about my child. I’ve never had problems with the doctors at Cornerstone Pediatrics but this guy has made my list. They say to be nice to front line workers but how about they return the favor? I’m not making hundreds of dollars by answering a phone call but if I was, I would have better bedside manner
Terrible. Diagnosed my daughter with constipation and referred us to the gastro Doctor. If he would have looked at his notes we were already at the gastro Doctor referred by his office. Gastro doctor says not a gastro problem. This Doctor proceeded to tell me about his own child's constipation issues. I was not paying for a visit for him to tell me about his own child's problems. My daughter has not been constipated since Dec. 7th. I finally found a doctor in the same office that actually listen

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
