Whoever handles the phones is not a pleasant woman and lacks being professional. I have worked in an office setting before and I am stunned by how poorly I was treated over the phone regarding my visit. I was sent a bill in the mail months after my visit and was not told about my insurance or charges before or after my visit. I was told I was “all set” now they are demanding $300+ from me I could have had paid this whole time!

Dr Morson is amazing. She genuinely cares about her patients. She always takes time to explain everything and never rushes you. Highly recommend her.

I love love love dr. Morrison. she's really good at her job. she cared about me and listened. But omg OMG the office manager is RUDE and inconsiderate. She is NOT a people person and it breaks my heart Bc I had finally found a great doctor and I just can't go there anymore Bc I can't deal with the staff. The straw the broke me specifically is when I expressed my concern about a bill and said it looked like it had been billed thru the wrong insurance the office manager told me it was not and basically not to bother her again with it. Now she is holding my migraine medicine hostage until the bill is taken care of. And btw it was billed thru the wrong insurance. And don't appreciate being blown off.

Worst experience in over 50 years. Several unanswered calls/months to get an appointment. First visit Dr. Morson was friendly, humorous, bashing me a bit based on a previous conversation with my wife, which I was ok with. Thought we found a good doctor. Couldn't have been further from the truth. Over 90 days, wife's study never completed. Equipment didn't work, but still billed, not rescheduled after several calls to office, no response. My study completed, equipment ordered, didn't hear from anyone so called, and called, over a month no response from office. Shared this with Dr. Morson, she argued that they record, return all calls. Then asked me to call to set up a follow-up appt, asked to setup on our call, said she doesn't make appts. I said "Tracy" after my poor experience reaching your office can we please schedule now? She told me "We are not friends, don't call me Tracy, it's unprofessional" and hung up on me, called my wife and cancelled her account. TALK ABOUT UNPROFESSIONAL!

Great Dr. love how she treats patients, had a problem for years and went to her, she figured out in no time. Office help is so nice too! Wish she could be all of my doctors! She’s sooo kind and really takes her time to show she cares!
