Andrew Hakim PA-C saw me for a laceration that I was rather nervous about. However, both he and the other staff made me feel very comfortable and much more at ease as being extremely friendly. Thank you sincerely

Made an appointment for my son online for 6:55pm. Made it there by the appointment time and checked in online waiting for them to let me know when to come inside. About 10 minutes went by with no message back so I grabbed my son out of the car and came inside just to see they close at 7pm and the doors was locked. They cancelled my appointment without me knowing anything about it and after I checked in saying I was there. The employee door was cracked open with a lady sitting within sight. I tried to get her attention to explain the situation but she completely ignored me. Just a very inconvenient and rude experience. I’ve been here multiple times but going forward will definitely avoid.

All the staff were courteous. Dr answered all my questions. Booked ahead online, seen at my appointed time and would definitely recommend to family and friends.
