Not happy with the experience. After making an 2:30 appt. I was seen at 3:15. Dr was very rude and provided me with no help at all. I left there with no answers to my questions. I was afraid I had a tick bite due to a large inflamed red circle on my neck. and was also having a reaction to a medication. He told me to follow up with my Primary Dr on Monday. I left there with 1 dose of antibacterial Meds, and that was it. My husband went to the pharmacy to see what I could take for the reaction, which was causing a great deal of itching. So dissatisfied with the visit as I am a Beaumont patient and that is why I went to that office. Thank you

One of the nurses looked and was crabby. The doctor had absolutely no compassion or personality. In fact he was just matter of fact about everything. 2 hours later all I got was you have arthritis in your foot go see your family physician for a follow-up and more extensive X-rays if needed and walked away.
