MIchelle Glazer Zucker's Online Review Report Card

Visits are always a mess! Doctor always has a student with her, and she likes to bring them into the room with her without asking! Doctor sends you for tests, but NEVER lets you know the results! There is a sign that says they will only call with abnormal results, so I never thought twice when I never received a call. Went in feeling ill only to find out that I am a full-fledge diabetic and had NO idea! Terrible doctor, giving terrible care! Looking for a new doctor that will actually care about doing medicine instead of trying to look like she is a great doctor! Hope that her students don't take after her!

Michelle was my personal physician for over 20 years. She is caring and listens to her patients. Sadly, I left years ago when the office staff was a nightmare. I don’t know if she is still w/Oakland Medical Practice. If she is, I hope they changed their ways. I moved too far away now to see her if things have changed.

Long waiting time.......could have read the Bible.

Dr Zucker is awesome. She's very caring and she listens to what you have to say. Glad to have her as my doctor to fix me up.

How many negative reviews do these people need in order to make changes!! I've utilized this office one time and that was one time too many. I've watched my Mom (who isn't a fan of change) deal with this dysfunctional, rude, arrogant, inept office for more years than I can count. Although this sounds dramatic, I really do wonder how many patients have lost their lives due to the lack of response time from these people. No matter how good one considers a doctor to be, if an office is not efficient and thorough, and the physician takes their sweet time reading results, you are taking a big chance with your health. How can a doctor justify taking so long to review test results?! I've actually accompanied my Mom to an appointment where my Mom had to fill the Doctor in on the results. Seriously??? Praying I can get my Mom to change physicians!!! PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOUR PATIENTS ARE SAYING AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT PEOPLE!!!

This doctor is a great doctor. She is very kind very understanding and listens to everything you said. The thing I like about this doctor the most is she’s not your average doctor she doesn’t just go and see what the problem is and then leaves . She actually strikes up a conversation about anything and everything and honestly that’s what makes me feel so comfortable with her. It’s nice to have a doctor that’s not all about business all the time. She’s always asking about my kids and that makes me feel good because it shows she remembers who I am and I’m just not another face to her. I liked Dr Zucker so much that I made my husband his PCP to her and he as well as I enjoy having her as a doctor. Anyone that lives in this area or even if you don’t live in this area you definitely should come and have a consultation with the doctor because I am hundred percent believe you will switch your current PCP for her.

She’s a fantastic doctor

Dr. Glazer-Zucker has been my doctor (and my husband's and children's) for several years now. She works out of an urgent care office, so frequently other patients who arrive with true emergencies are seen first; on top of that, she is very thorough and spends a lot of time with each patient. I always schedule appointments for check-ups far in advance, and make sure I come at the end of the day, the very latest appointment. I still end up spending about an hour and a half per visit. But she is the best doctor I have ever had, and I plan to keep her as my physician.

I have been with Dr. Glazer for over 14 years off and on had to change from here because of insurance. But they have remodel the office its very update and clean, the staff have always been very nice and respectful to me. Dr. Glazer is a one of a kind who truly cares about her patients and making sure they get the best care from here. bed side manner is excellent she listen and answers your question, and will refer you out to the right specialist when needed. My biggest complaint is the wait to see here, they really need to get some people that no how many patient to schedule a day when setting appointment to see her, because that would make things go much smoother for her and her patient, but she is the best doctor I had since I been grown and I'm 57 years old they are hard to come by now days.

I had to write and express my appreciation for Dr. Glazer-Zucker. She genuinely cares about my health. She takes her time and is extreamly thorough, more so than any other doctor I have had. I am thankful to have found her. The wait can be long but it's worth it to me.
