This man refused to acknowledge the radiologist reports as he said he disagreed and told me to "deal with my pain". This after I explained my thumb arthritis is affecting my job and my daily life. I got told deal with it. Horrible doctor. Asked for if there was anything else I could do I was told no. He also refused to give me cortisone shots when that was what the appointment was for and I had them 3 months prior. So, no shots, no recommendations, and told to deal with it. WORSE "SPECIALISTS" EVER. The only pleasant thing at this office are the office girls and nurses. Every specialists, except ONE, has ignored me.

Not only did he not listen to me at all. I was there for cortisone shots in my thumbs. He told me I was too early when I was actually 10 days over the 3 month window. He refused to give them to me. Said my x-rays don't show arthritis. The radiologist reports and Dr. Mitchelsin both say I do. He refused to help me in any way. Refused to give me the shots I've already had. Told me no one else can help me and to "deal with it."

I got this appointment quickly -- I was seen only 3 days after I called to schedule. Dr. Taylor was fully attentive to my concerns. He fully and clearly explained test results, treatment plan, and recommended follow-up. His demeanour was a nice combination of professional, supportive, caring, and friendly.

Dr. Taylor was very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose my condition… & offered me a treatment, which I was comfortable accepting. He did not give me any explanations of what caused it though. And I always feel pretty rushed in and out… which is actually pretty typical for every ‘specialist’ I’ve ever seen. But overall, I’m satisfied with the end result. No regrets… I’d see him again.
