My experience at Heart and Vascular has been the worst I've ever experienced. I have Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy and they treat it like it's nothing . You call and leave messages and no one calls you back. Send messages on the patient portal, no one gets back to you. This place is unbelievable. Dealing with HOC and stage 4 cancer has been very traumatic for me. Then have to deal with all these issues with no one calling you back. This just sends my anxiety right through the roof. I think it's time to go over to Bell-in Cardiologist at peninsula medical center on fair Ave in Marquette.

Hospital staff are great but protecting your information is totally another story I have filed my second complaint about the flow of information that goes on in there be careful who you know or speak with there

Worse experience while my dad was there. I'm not going to get into all the events. Although I will say he was not treated right nor was my family during his last couple days with us. Also they don't read orders, my dad was DNR and they didn't comply with his wishes. ICU was very nice and treated us like family during my dad's last couple hours.

I was on the PT Rehabilitation Floor, I believe room 706. I was treated with the upmost respect from the doctor, nurses and PT/OT. I needed serious rehab, so thankful for such a great place being available to me. I recieved instant response each time I turned my light on. That's important..

I was treated in the ED, it was very efficient and staff & physician were very caring and helpful. Later I had surgery and again I was in excellent hands. Another appointment I had with the new pulmonologist Dr. Karulf was exceptional. He explained very clearly, spent a lot of time with me, was very thorough. All of my care from ED, to radiology, lab, physician office, surgical - everything was exceptional care. thank you!
