Dr. Chaparala was already running late when he came to see me because he worked a patient in who had no appointment. He often repeated himself, thus lengthening our session considerably. Despite all of this, he commented that I was making him late. He appeared impatient and upset. I have seen several sleep doctors, but unlike the others he seemed to think that I could overcome my chronic obstructive sleep apnea with cognitive techniques. I would never recommend Dr. Chaparala.

Dr Chaparala helped me in ways I never thought possible. He gave me back my life that I thought was gone. The changes I experienced were nothing short of a miracle. My mood is amazing, energy through the roof, memory much improved and health improved. I recommend him to anyone looking to make a life changing difference in your life by simply using a CPAP. I could go on for hours about the improvements but for now THANK YOU DR CHAPARALA.

Dr.Chaparala was professional, thorough and took plenty of time with me. He was explicit in his plan of care. He also spoke about how apnea runs in families, and mentioned that relatives should be checked who identify with the symptoms no matter where they reside. In other words, he was concerned about the health of people not the 'business' he could drum up. His after-care has been more than adequate: above average.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Chaparala and his staff. I am a difficult and unique patient and he took the time to go out of his way to speak with my other doctors in order to make sure my treatment plan was the best choice for me. His staff is always great, very helpful and pleasant.

During my annual recheck for sleep apnea, the doctor soliceted me for business. If I had sleep apnea, then my whole family must have it. They should all come to him and have a sleep study done. He was more concerned about druming up business, then caring for me during my visit that I am paying for. Have not been back since, and would not recommend him to my dog.

Dr. C is very knowledgeable and has a wonderful sense of humor. He was helpful with my sleep apnea, but the most important skill he has is with diagnosis. He covers all the important bases. He was very thorough and tested me responsibly, and diagnosed me with lung cancer. I owe my life to him.
