List of Urvish K. Shah's Reviews
Great hospital with courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Urvish Shah is the best and well worth the drive from Lansing.
I was not very happy. I had to pay $167 for prescription out of pocket and then the prescription made me extremely ill. I was given no assistance from his office, not happy.
Amazing personable doctor who is comical to ease nerves and cares a lot about his patients.
Nurses and doctors were excellent. I appreciate everyone's care of me so much.
Great Doctor.
Amazing Doctor. He is truly a life saver.
Dr. Shah was funny, intelligent and caring.
Dr. Shah was personable and reassuring, which is what you want when your doctor is doing what this doctor does. As good of an experience as it could be for a colonoscopy.
I vowed I would never have another colonoscopy after having the first one. While I was having the first one done, I woke up halfway through the procedure. I was told then that I would never be able to have one done and other measures would have to be taken. I saw Dr. Shah last year and he totally removed all my fears and assured me that I was able to have colonoscopies without problems. Thank You Dr. Shah for giving me back confidence.
For thirteen years I was treated by this doctor for Cron's. I found out two years ago from tests at a different Lansing medical group that I NEVER HAD IT. Also, he told me I had Barrett's esophagus, endoscopic tests showed I NEVER HAD IT! I'm happy to no longer live under the black cloud of these two diseases. I'm relieved not to be taking any more medications for it or receiving frequent colonoscopies. If this doctor diagnoses you with a disease, please get a second and\or third opinion. This doctor has a wonderful bedside manner. He comes across as the most kind, caring and personable doctor you will ever meet But beware. I feel a responsibility to warn you.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
