Great staff. Easy online scheduling. I highly recommend this urgent care for anyone in need. Definitely beats the long wait of an ER for minor emergencies or illnesses.

10 This is the BEST urgent Care!! 10!!!Montana was awesome, she made me feel heard and comforting. Mason urgent care staff is very professional and caring. This is my favorite place for my urgent care needs.

Let my extremely sick daughter and I sit in the waiting room for 22 minutes before they told us they don’t accept our insurance and we cannot pay out of pocket. I wish I could give negative stars.

I checked in online and the wait when arrived was maybe 10-15 minutes. Jill was great! I appreciate her patience and thoroughly explaining everything to me. I didn't feel rushed and left with answers to help me mend my child back to health. The other staff, front receptionist and MA were great as well. Very friendly and understanding.

Came here and when asked for insurance information I told them they’d be billing the VA. They failed to let me know that they do not work w the VA, treated me and then charged me directly knowing the VA would not cover their bill.

My son had an incident while camping with the Boy Scouts. The team quickly checked him out and called me to go over the details since I wasn’t yet there. They gave him quick compassionate care.
