Fisher Senior Care & Rehab Center's Online Review Report Card

I honestly can't believe people leave there family members here... they don't get to choose what they eat, there rooms are trash, I watched multiple cnas not use gloves and clean people up, cnas walking around on there ohones in the hallway and in residents rooms. My grandma wasn't off her button for hours and got a bed sore. Just absolutely ridiculous

I have to call the general patient phone to speak to my elderly parent. It took 3 days till I could connect with my parent. To me this is a violation of Human Rights. Which the vulnerable are to have access to a phone. How can my loved one communicate with me? The phone is at the nurses station. So how the patients of Fisher having this Human Right supported?Guess I'll be contacting the Elderly Abuse Hot Line. Ask them to investigate why patients can't have a phone in their rooms. Plus they make you see your loved one in the community room. They wont let you in their room. What are they hiding. Yea, yea they are saying cause of Covid. I am not comfortable with my parent being there.

This place and corporation doesn't care about their residents and their employees. All they care about is making money. Management here is a joke and most of the aids & nurses are rude. Don't consider putting your loved one in here unless you don't care about them.

My mom said funny stuff going on here at night. Let me know if anyone else had that kind of experience?? Also they weren't giving her her pain meds, told me she weighed 104 pounds. I thought she was dying. Her real weigh was 144. They keep her in her room and no therapy given but we have a 375.00 bill to pay. Ugh!

All staff have been extremely helpful in my recovery. I am so glad I foUnd this facility. It is not just within 20 miles of my home but the physical therapist Chad has gotten me walking again. I am so grateful for the staff for the help, friendliness and putting up with some of special needs.

They took good care of my mother very well when she was in there. Staff was very compassionate and thoughtfull.

My mother was in there, The nurses and CNA’s are really good during the week.The weekend shift is not trustworthy and the care drops way down, they are very short staffed.The place is rough looking and not cheery, we were willing to live with it if the care was good.It was a great for a rehab facility but soon as my mother was moved to long term care things went downhill. The food is awful, it’s the samething week after week and nothing new. It was always cold by the time my mom received her food. The doctor is good and on top of things. We couldn’t be there all weekend making sure she was cared for so we decided she needed to be moved. It wasn’t just short staffed -the nursing was horrible😢 I’m only giving it a three star because the weekday nursing staff was on top of things.Cleaness ❎❎❎❎The rooms were very clean.Transportation ❎❎❎❎❎Beds, comfort and rooms ❎ the rooms are extremely hot, beds are crank not electric and the mattresses are old, the TVs are super small as well as the rooms.Food ❎Building ❎❎ rooms are rough looking paint chipping and dingyNursing weekend -❌awful reportableNursing weekday ❎❎❎❎ CENAS and nursing are pretty good.Rehab rooms ❎❎❎+ they had better beds and far more comfortable.PT ❎❎❎❎❎very encouraging staff.Doctor ❎❎❎❎Pharmacy ❎ it took a long time to get meds. Even an antibiotic took over 48 hours.Hair salon ❎❎ wasn’t reliable and was coughing on my mother.Administration Listened to concerns❎❎❎❎Willing to meet with the family ❎❎❎❎❎Did anything change ❎❎

What a "GREAT PLACE" Such good personal care and very good professional staff. The one on one therapy makes such a difference you can actually see progress daily.Clean Facility and good food.I would highly recommend Fisher to any one.
