I do not recommend this doctor or his PA at all. I went to the emergency room by ambulance due to experiencing symptoms consistent with a heart attack. I was diagnosed with “dizziness”. When I actually was experiencing heart palpitations, chest pain, left arm pain and trouble breathing. The incompetence of Dr. Franklin and his PA are incredible. Stay away if at all possible.

I entered the ER due to a "cortisone flare" after a cortisone shot hours earlier. I later found out this was due to the parabens in the shot crystallizing & causing extreme pain & irritation. I was in excruciating pain, to the point where I was screaming & sobbing & begging someone to help me. Both my mother and boyfriend were in attendance. Dr. Franklin entered the room without expressing any empathy or concern. His manner was jocular & insincere. My mother expressed concern for me & Dr. Franklin told her she was being disrespectful. I have never in my life been treated so poorly & inconsiderately by a medical professional before. The Dr. treated me as though I was drug-seeking when I was terrified of losing my foot & ankle due to the severity of the pain. The pain persisted over several hours with the Dr. ordering injections every couple of hours that didn't touch the pain. I left still in agony. I will be making a formal complaint.

went to er for uc and strep throat. didnt check any of my uc complaints. office staff forgot to check my information. seemed like the doctor never looked at what i was there for. ER was dirty.
