Dr. Mayne replaced my right knee in 2014...almost 10 years ago. I have never had a problem like many other friends who have had replacements. I often saw Dr. Mayne's PA in the office; however, in the hospital, Dr. Mayne stopped every day to check on my progress. He's professional and caring. Thanks, Dr. Mayne.

My hip replacement went badly and when I came back he announced. "I don't redos" and walked out. The doctor who did my revision said he had a lot of work to do to get the post out which was way out of position.

First appointment with the doctor, he walks into the room and the first thing out of his mouth was. I'm not writing any prescriptions for pain killers or for sleep! (I did not ask for any) well his idea for my hip was therapy. Just pretty much was grumpy through the appointment, just told me to lose some weight and I would be fine. Just seen another surgeon and he could not believe I could walk with my bad hip. Waste of time and money

My daughter broke her leg and we were referred to Doctor Mayne. I am very happy with the doctor and the staff at this office. The staff is friendly, polite and very helpful. Doctor Mayne was amazing with my daughter. He told jokes and made her feel comfortable before doing any examination or x-rays, he knew she was nervous! She may be young but he still made a point to explain to her where the break was and what had to be done next. I am very thankful for the doctor and his staff.

Dr. Ben Mayne III is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. I received a total knee replacement about 2 weeks ago and I would recommend him to anyone. He's highly respected and surrounds himself with good staff. His PA, Blaine is excellent as well. When having a serious operation like knee or hip replacement done, you want the very best. Dr. Mayne seems genuinely caring and knowledgeable. His appointments never feel rushed, and he is willing to answer any questions. But there is something wrong with the office: I can never get through on the phone, and the appointments I have made, I went to the office and made them in person. His scheduling people never return my calls.
