Terrible attitude. Went in after back neck injury. Spent about 10 minutes with me. Did explain anything. Nor do anything. Without explanation Scheduled for an EMG if things change I will update my review.

Very pleased with the way Dr. Bergeron and his staff went above and beyond to help me get the tests I needed ASAP! I will definitely go back for any nerve issues that I have. Very personable and compassionate towards my issues and treatments. 😊

My father was/is having excruciating hip pain. The Orthopaedic dr did an MRI and found spinal stenosis, so sent him to a neurosurgeon. Neurosurgeon gave dad options, one of which was a spinal injection. Dad picked that option, so we were sent to Dr. Bergeon. Dr Bergeon was fantastic! Very thorough. He didn’t want to just inject dad’s back and all it good. He determined the majority of dad’s pain was from the hip, not the spinal stenosis. He did a hip injection, but, once the numbing med wore off, dad was back in excruciating pain. After a very disappointing return trip to dad’s old Orthopaedic dr, Dr Bergeon’s office helped dad get an appointment with a new Orthopaedic dr.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and skill of Dr. Bergeon. He was very polite and thorough with the examination and testing, giving clear explanation throughout my time with him. No office is perfect, especially at this time of history, but I feel confident in recommending Dr. Bergeon.

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Bergeron for a couple of years and we feel the office as a whole is not very accommodating nor helpful . We have received a bill today for our copay and we tried to call 6 times to pay over the phone. A long message is being played but at the end it states it does not accept messages, So I can't call to find out when they ARE open nor leave a message nor does the office have a emergency number to get in touch for patient needs . The office Google page, as of 6/25/21, at 1:25pm shows office hours as closed every day???...when you arrive at the office NO office hours are posted on the door.(Only a sign is posted on the door to announce they lunch hour.)... So how do I get in touch with you to pay a bill , you do not answer the phone and I can't even find out when you are open?.. But the office is prudent enough to put a "pre-collection" warning on your bill. We always pay bills promptly and we do not appreciate this lack of caring or concern. I was able to enter the office today, I knocked and a maintenance person let me enter, I made the receptionist aware of the issues and she stated she will let her boss know. Needless to say we will not be returning as patients.

Very impressed with this Doctor. Took the time to explain, in detail, what he saw on the MRI and what was happening with my lower back. Great ability to explain in layman terms. Recommended an EMG to determine if my condition was creating any new nerve damage and based on the resultant, recommended no injection at this time. Others I’ve seen simply performed the injection, without thorough questioning and explanation and billed the insurance company. Would highly recommend anyone with chronic back pain to Dr. Bergeron if they want an honest and professional appraisal.

I’ve seen Dr Bergeron 3 times, like him very much. He’s not a fan of surgery, hurray for that. I think the treatment he has planned for me is wise, physical therapy, the the steroid injections which are working very well so far. He did take a second look at my MRI and also had a neuroradiologist look at it too, and surgery might still be needed but, hopefully not anytime soon. He takes plenty of time explaining everything. I don’t know who complained about the staff, but I found them polite and helpful.

He has been very helpful for many years. Bergeon has and will go above and beyond to make sure his patients are taken care of.

Horrible bedside manner! Doesn't listen to patients to hear their concerns and doesn't appear to care about their issues and illness either. I will never return.

Dr. Bergeon was friendly, attentive and took all the necessary action to get treatment underway. He recommended an excellent PT and ordered a MRI. I was extraordinarily impressed with his office staff and the office itself. I highly recommend him and, in fact, have already recommended him.
